Interview with Honoree Judith de Nijs who won 12 Majors: 1964 Canadian National Exhibition; 1965, 1966, 1967 and 1970 Capri to Naples; 1964 Lac St. Jean and 1964, 1965, 1966, 1967, 1968 and 1970 World Professional Marathon Swimming Federation.

She set the female speed record in Capri-Naples three times: 1966 in 9 hours 53 minutes and 52 seconds, 1967 in 8 hours 55 minutes and 13 seconds, and 1971 in 8 hours 54 minutes and 14 seconds which held until 1974. She set the female speed record in Lac St. Jean in 1966 in 8 hours 39 minutes which held until 1974 – beating all the men in the race.
